*500 Free is now judged 14 years and under and then 15-18 years. VSA is encouraging this event =). For those new to swimming a 500 is 20 laps. It is not an event we take lightly. It's also a really cool experience to try in a meet. We are happy to work with kids on this in advance. The cut time is the same for all.
