Practice Schedule

Pre-Senior/Junior Sharks Group (5 - 10 years)

Athletes entering this group must display a desire to begin training on a more committed basis. Competition at swim meets is expected in this group. The  practices are 45 minutes long and help swimmers gain more confidence in the water.

Workout Days/Times: Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 9:45 am

Senior Sharks Group (11 - 18 years)

Athletes entering the Senior group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training for 1 hour and 15 minutes is geared towards individual talents and improving strong aerobic endurance. Athletes are expected to compete at meets and help and encourage younger swimmers to participate. Senior swimmers are expected to show teamwork and to be positive role models!

Workout Days/Times: Monday - Thursday 5:45 - 7:00 pm

Full team workout on Fridays: 8:30am - 9:45am
